Frank Neher, Scientific officer at the Institute for Environment and Sustainability in the European Commission Joint Research Centre.
He holds a doctoral degree (PhD equivalent) in economics from Freie Universität Berlin and studied economics and sociology at the University of Konstanz (Germany), Universidad di Cantabria (Spain) and Yale University (USA). He has published work on income inequality, social values and attitudes towards redistribution. His research interest focuses on the socio-structural determinants of resilience and adaptive capacity and on the endogeneity of individuals’ preferences. |
